A new 12-screen Studio Movie Grill is being built on Pearland Parkway near the Beltway in north Pearland, according to a company press release.
The new location is one of three new movie theaters being built in Texas with new locations in Pennsylvania and California also planned as part of a major expansion initiative.
The new locations will add 53 addition movie screens and expands company operations to ten states.
The new Pearland location is expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year and will be located at 8440 S. Sam Houston East Parkway.
